    seater lounge sofa, outside braai facility, onsite parking right in front of the entrance to the unit

    The apartment is situated nearby shopping centres, restaurants, family entertainment, sport stadia, casino and beaches

    The one bedroom apartment is booked as a unit per night sleeping up to a maximum of 2 persons

    Only persons quoted and paid for may share the accommodation booked: Maximum occupancy must be adhere to at all times and includes children of all ages

    We also supply towels, linen, crockery & cutlery and cooking utensils

    Free limited Wi-Fi / limited to 250MB per day usage / Fair usage applicable

    SELF-CATERING
    Guests provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries: We provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials for each new guest’s arrival

    SELF-SERVICE
    The unit is not serviced during guests’ stay: Guests do own cooking, wash dishes, cleaning of the unit, make beds, etc.
    Meals can be arranged at an additional cost

    ACCOMMODATION SWAP MEMBERS
    * We do not accept same day swaps
    * We are not available to respond to swap requests on Public Holidays and from 12 pm on Friday - 10 am Monday
    * No swaps will be accommodated during any Peak Season / Period
    * Regretfully we do not accommodate 1 night only swaps

    * SA Rugby Matches or Any Big Sport Event Weekend in Port Elizabeth
    * Easter- / IronMan Weekend
    * School Holidays
    * Any long weekend in South Africa
    * From 10 December to 10 January

    MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
    * Minimum stay required is 2 consecutive nights, unless otherwise noted
    * During School Holidays, Easter / IronMan Weekend and Long weekends is 3 consecutive nights
    (Peak Seasons)
    * From 10 December - 10 January is 5 consecutive nights (Peak Season)

    WE ARE NOT ALWAYS AT THE PROPERTY
    * Please give us a call ± 90 minutes prior to check in, in order to arrange for check in on your arrival

    REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE AND CLEANING SERVICE DEPOSIT
    * R 500 Refundable breakage and cleaning service deposit payable per stay booked
    * Guest will remain liable for all breakage / damages and cleaning of unit during their stay
    * R 350 cleaning service fee will be charge for any excessive cleaning required at the unit after guests departure

    * A baby cot will be provided at an additional cost of R 50 per night

    NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT SECURES YOUR BOOKING

    * We work on a 1st pay 1st serve basis
    * Regretfully no booking will be secured unless we have received the non-refundable deposit due
    * Minimum 50% non-refundable deposit payment secures the booking unless otherwise noted
    * Booking 31 days or less before the date of initial arrival: 100% non-refundable deposit payment to secure the booking unless otherwise noted

    CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
    * Out of Season Bookings: The balance of the booking (if any) is payable at least 14 days prior to day of initial arrival

    * Peak Season Bookings: The balance of the booking (if any) is payable at least 31 days prior to day of initial arrival

    SMOKING POLICY
    * No smoking allowed inside a unit

    PET POLICY
    * An additional cleaning fee of R 500 will be levied for excessive cleaning service should your pet urinate on any mats and/or dirty the unit
    * We allow a maximum of two dogs at the unit by prior arrangement & confirmation only
    * We only allow small dogs, no cats, birds and/or any other pets and/or domestic animals allowed
    * Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, beds and bedding
    * Please supply your own bed and bedding for your pet should the need arise

    CHECK IN
    * We are not always at the preoprty, please give us a call 90 minutes prior to check in / arrival
    * Check in from 2 pm - 6:00 pm
    * Check in close 6:30 pm
    * No late check in allowed after 6:30 pm
    * Guests must please arrange to collect the keys should they like to check in later than 6:30 pm


    CHECK OUT
    * Check out by 10 am
    * No late check out allowed after 10:30 am


    CANCELLATION POLICY
    * To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract
    * Any cancellation 0 - 30 days before the date of initial arrival / check in - the guest will be liable for payment in full of the original booking made
    * Any cancellation 31 days or more before day of initial arrival / check in a 50% cacellation fee will be levied on the original booking made

    * In the event of a no show and/or premature departure the guest will be liable for the full stay of the original booking made, we are not obliged to any refund


    INSURANCE

    * All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out travel insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation
    * We will seek full compensation for any cancelled accommodation booking, including no show and/or premature curtailment
